This year marks our 10th year anniversary and a new beginning: a renewed charter, a new high school, and great academic growth. And thanks to a grant from the Taproot Foundation, we are opening our doors to the community with a new Web site.

In the last year, we made great strides in preparing our students for a bright future. Our High School continues to grow this year, with 27 ninth graders and 50 10th garders. We continue to work hard on raising funds to build a full high school. We also received an 8 out of 10 on the state API this year with a score of 837, and ranked 10 out of 10 when compared with similar schools. Way to go EPACS!

With the generous support from our donors and volunteers, we continue to expand our curriculum and after school activities. We now offer hands-on science lessons for grades K through 5, and this year we had over 30 8th graders work with the Harvard Club on their private high school applications.

The amazing support of our staff, donors, community partners, and volunteers — who bring boundless enthusiasm, passion and dedication — has been driving our success. Whether it's an hour reading a child a book or much needed funds, your help and donations make a big difference in our students' lives.
